R&T Junk Removal is a new, locally owned junk removal company based in Ventura, California, started with a simple goal: give Ventura County a hauling company that actually treats your property, your time, and your junk with respect. We're a small operation and proud of it — every job gets our full attention, not a rotating crew of strangers.
We run residential and commercial cleanouts across the county — garages, estate cleanouts, rental turnovers, storage units, construction debris, office cleanouts, and everything in between. One dedicated box truck, one crew, one standard: done right the first time.

For everyone's safety, we're unable to haul paint, chemicals, asbestos, fuel, batteries, medical waste, or other hazardous items. Ask us if you're unsure — we're happy to point you toward proper disposal.

Payment due on completion
Full payment (cash or card) is due immediately upon completion of the job, before the crew leaves the site.

Pricing & Scope
Jobs are priced by truck load size (1/4, 1/2, 3/4, or Full Truck) as shown on our pricing page. Your price is confirmed before work begins; if the actual scope is significantly larger than described, we'll let you know and get your approval before continuing.

Payment Timing
Payment is collected in person, immediately after the job is completed. Work is considered complete once all agreed-upon items have been removed and the area is cleaned up.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept cash and major debit/credit cards, collected on-site. Payment is required before our crew departs the property.

No Hazardous Materials
We do not accept paint, chemicals, asbestos, fuel, batteries, medical waste, or other hazardous items. Any hazardous materials found on-site will be excluded from the job at no charge.

Authorization to Remove Items
By booking a job, you confirm that you own the items to be removed, or have the property owner's authorization to have them removed and disposed of.

Access & Scheduling
Please provide accurate access details (gate codes, parking, stairs, etc.) at booking. Appointments fall within our 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily hours; we'll confirm your exact arrival window ahead of time.

Cancellations
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated late cancellations may affect future booking availability.
